We present tables of the differential, total, and transport cross-sections for the elastic scattering of positrons with neutral atoms in the atomic number range 1-92. The kinetic energy of positrons is included in the 500-4000 eV range and the scattering angle varied from 0 to 175 degrees. The cross sections were computed by numerically solving the Dirac equation for a central electrostatic field up to a large radius where the atomic potential becomes negligible. The atomic potential was that of Hartree-Fock for atomic numbers lower than 19 and that of Dirac-Hartree-Fock-Slater for atomic numbers greater than 18.
