Advances in three-dimensional printing (3DP) have enabled low-cost, assembly-free fabrication of microfluidic devices. However, internal microchannel precision remains a key challenge. This study presents a calibration method for SLA-based microfluidic devices fabricated via DLP 3DP using a standard transparent resin. ISO 17025 and ISO 4787:2021 were applied to assess dimensional and volumetric accuracy. Ten models with 500 µm and 1000 µm channels were tested. While 1000 µm channels showed high accuracy and repeatability, 500 µm channels were often blocked due to resin curing. The method offers a reproducible, standards-based framework for evaluating 3DP microfluidics using accessible materials.
