The microsystem technologies journal at the forefront of a groundbreaking ecosystem empowered by microtechnologies and nanotechnologies

One of the most intriguing things one can imagine is doing something new and unprecedented with what already is in her/his hands; innovate and disrupt, with previously existing tools, by means of items that, taken individually, are as common as one can conceive. This is, presumably, something very adjacent to the concept of alchemy. This is, optimistically, what I personally envisage for the Microsystem Technologies (as a scientific journal), for Microtechnologies and Nanotechnologies (as a scientific domain), as well as, on top of all, for their future and the resulting intricacies. On the one hand, there is a well-established scientific journal, broadly known in the sector and by the community, with more than thirty years of history behind its shoulders.
