This study investigated the effect of oxygen plasma as pre- and post-treatment in metal NPs deposition on CNTs by RF sputtering. Oxygen plasma treatments allowed the modulation of surface functional groups which favor the loading of the metal NPs and help tuning the colloidal stability of the obtained nanohybrids. These nanohybrids will be employed for energy catalyst applications.

Abstract
This study investigated the effect of oxygen plasma as pre- and post-treatment in metal NPs deposition on CNTs by RF sputtering. Oxygen plasma treatments allowed the modulation of surface functional groups which favor the loading of the metal NPs and help tuning the colloidal stability of the obtained nanohybrids. These nanohybrids will be employed for energy catalyst applications.File in questo prodotto:
