Abstract
Ever since neutrinos were hypothesized, the study of the somewhat surprising properties of these elementary particles not only vastly improved our knowledge of the subatomic world, but enabled the “observation” of otherwise inaccessible astrophysical phenomena, notably nuclear reactions at the Sun’s core. In this paper, we will present how theoretical and experimental investigations of these elusive particles contributed to extend our knowledge at the most extreme scales that we can access.File in questo prodotto:
