A phase-difference-based algorithm for disparity and optical flow destination implemented on a TI-C40 based parallel DSP system is presented. The module performs real-time disparity estimation on images of size 128x128 pixels and computation of the optical flow on images of size 64x64. This report contains a description of the algorithm and of its parallel implementation. The processing times required for the computation of disparity maps and velocity fields are reported in detail
