In the last few years, research has been increasingly focusing on studying systems for tracking and recognizing people and their behavior, appearance and activities. In particular, home assistance and protection have become a main topic in indoor sensors systems. In this work a multisensor system which combine emerging sensing technologies are exploited in order to detect possible falls of older people in their own home environment.
