An 8-channel gas-sensor array interface with temperature control circuit is integrated in 0.35µm CMOS technology. The read-out structure achieves a 0.5%-linearity and a SNR>48dB over 500kΩ-1GΩ sensor resistance range with a 114dB-DR. The temperature control systems maintain a 100°C gradient in the range 100°C-400°C with a 2.5°C accuracy. The power consumption is 27mW@3.3V.
