Recently DNA and Tissue Microarray have become means of large-scale investigation of gene expression, providing a plethora of new biomedical data in relatively short time. Multi-disciplinary approach is becoming a key factor in biomedical and bioinformatics research to analyze those data. Information Technology can provide several tools to manage those data offering solid bases for their analysis; data collection and organization are obviously crucial points to ensure reliable future data interpretations. Abstract
We propose a comprehensive approach to handle data from Tissue Microarray experiments to promote gene expression profiling investigations, employing both digital pathology and Internet technology (https:/bioinfo.itc.it/TMA)I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
