Abstract
An integrated CMOS optical sensor, optimized for flying-spot active triangulation systems, is presented. The device is based on a parallel architecture with two linear arrays with different number of pixels but with the same overall length. The novel architecture, together with dedicated processing circuits, allows for high-speed acquisition of high dynamic range signals suitable for 3D measuring systems. The device has been fabricated in standard 0.6 um CMOS technology and the electro-optical tests confirm the good performances of the deviceFile in questo prodotto:
