In this paper we present the TAMIC demonstrator, a natural language centered interface designed to improve the way an average citizen can access existing information of the Public Administrations. The TAMIC scenario is of an attended desk: interaction is mediated by an unspecialized clerk that interacts with multiple information systems (multiple relational and textual databases), in a transparent manner through the same NL interface.
