The aim of µFluFarma project is the development of a microfluidic platform for anti-osteoporosis drug screening with strontium ranelate. In particular, the device will consist of a microchannel network for the delivery and mixing of the chemical species, in order to provide a controlled drug gradient to different cell cultures. In this work, we present a bioaffinity study with the aim of evaluating, among the candidate polymeric substrates employed in soft lithography, the most suitable materials for in vitro cell assays.

Abstract

The aim of µFluFarma project is the development of a microfluidic platform for anti-osteoporosis drug screening with strontium ranelate.
