A constraints language, built on the top of an object system is described. Constraints are arranged in a hierarchy and they represent prototypes of constraint-arcs, which are defined intentionally by an assertive language. Preprocessing techniques are exploited and a variety of algorithms are used to find solutions both inferred and allowed by the constraint-arcs.
