Nowadays, the need for an improvement of the environmental control in a renewable resources context requires the development of technological platforms, enabling the realisation of highly integrated microsensor arrays for portable, high performance and miniaturised multiparametric systems. In this work, we describe the development of a technological platform for the integration of different types of sensors, with a great potential for the realisation of complex sensor array for several applications, such as bio-sensing and environmental applications.

Abstract
